Mumbai could have jurisdiction and CBI could've still investigated. Jurisdiction just means the case would've been tried in Mumbai high Court, not that Mumbai Police would investigate.

Mumbai did not want the CBI to investigate. The Maharashtra head said it numerous times. The petition was for a CBI inquiry. It was after her petition failed that CBI went ahead to Mumbai. The jurisdiction arguments was a reason behind stopping the CBI Inquiry. Yes it is normal for a old man to be resting on her should inches away from her chest. I will not stop. I am so amused that criminal deserve justice after committing crime.

they are backing all of rhea’s timelines.... you can come to chandigarh but you can’t take flight to Mumbai. Meetu spent last few days with him that time Rhea was not there so who was medicating him at this point? Why don’t we know what happened in his last few days from Meetu? Why does sushant so easily believe his sister MOLESTED his girlfriend?
