Yes and the Mumbai Police had not resisted an FIR without which there was no jurisdiction, they obstructed the Bihar police physically, Mumbai was not ready to give the case over the CBI. Bihar was . That was why she wanted the jurisdiction to remain with Mumbai. Her behind was saved by the Mumbai establishment.
