colors other serials like shakti bb and cs to doing well and didnt get much change in terms of trp.

promotions are the way to attract viewers. even after two weeks we didnt get a exciting promo

we watching online or not that is irrlevant yaar.

They need to show relevant promos.. I mean come on showing Bani transforming into a Naagin and that she knows who she is not going to generate any interest.

I think they should focus the promos on veer and his connection with Bani.

Maybe TRPs are not that high because the people who see the show on app voot, their TRPs are not counted.

In general the TRP of every show has declined due to the shift of viewers from TV to online platform.

Maybe they should find a method of combining the TV and web/app rating.

@bold...i completely second that they need to combine it slowly but tv is dying now just look how pathetic the ratings are compared to decades time now and before covid...they need to combine both trps together that will save many good shows that are being axe due to low trps

Okay so here's what I think in detail now.

The satyug track was pretty decent. Hina & Dheeraj did a great job. MM was almost non existent so I don't think he contributed much.

But 10000 year old story doesn't really sound attractive either ? I was planning on missing out on it. But then watched it anyway. So I understand if people didn't watch it.

But a lot of people are not fond of the dark theme of cheel ( I know few Naagin fans are not following this season because this cheel naagin being lovers concept is weird ??🤪 ) OR what I think is that the audience are tired of the rinse and repeat tracks and meaningless dialogues. They undoubtedly need better writers ( even S3 had decent writing for a long while ) , not just script writers but also dialogue writers.

Only one introduction episode contributed to the trp so I wouldn't be harsh on the actors , though MS does need to do a lot better.

This season has a lot of potential , they've tried something hatke and I hope they continue the cheel naagin track and concentrate on the writing , create better scenes , better dialogues and not screw this up to fit in the trp race ( like they did with S4 , made it worse with every move ). Abrupt changes made the last season worse , atleast they need to let the story play out for a while. It's just the intro epi anyway , I think they'll pick up the pace within a few episodes.

I did expected abit more ratings but this isn't a long running show. Even if it's not great trp compare to previous seasons it's still the top 5 itv show right now and the no.1 colors show so more seasons will still come....

Also we haven't got a proper promotions and promo with the new trio yet.

All Naagin seasons were used to be on Top Position but Season 4 has damaged Naagin's goodwill. Story was pathetic. 😭😭

A terrible previous season, as well as an overdone series is what's killing the ratings. This season has potential, but don't know how they will recover when naagin fatigue is surely hitting the audience.

currently i care a damn abt the trps and just enjoy the show all i know its going to be a amazing roller coaster season👍🏼

naagin franschise has loose its charm due to its repeated love revenge and naagmani saga yes N1 N2 N3 had amazing ratings but it was same story only faces were different while N5 is something different in concept and i am loving that concept

naagin will not go anywhere its No 1 show so more seasons are in pipeline🤣🤣it.might break record to season 100🤣

Agreed that this season actually is doing something different and does not feel like old product in a new bottle to me like previous seasons. I too could care less about the ratings. Anyways, naagin or any show getting close to 4.0 trp like naagin initially used to is only a thing of the past. The standards for trp drop low almost ever year. Now a top 3 show can have just over 2.5 trp.
