I mean the nagin has swore on revenge so she can't go back UNLESS

1)they somehow show that satyug naag was bad and cheel was somehow a good guy.

Or

2)the cheel and naag were purposely exchanged by cheels father.

And still nagin(snakes) and eagles are enemies because of the food cycle also.

Either veer will became a good guy so Bani can start liking him but to actually love him the naag has to be negative.

Or maybe veer will turn partly positive partly grey and all cheel clan will be against him.
