Misconceptions

Tell about your misconceptions in childhood regarding movies.

For eg:

I used to think heroes and heroines sing themselves in movies.

I thought the songs were written by hero heroines.

Hehe such a cute thread.

I used to think Zeenat Aman's name was Zeena Tamaan. I called her this for years and years and it was shocking to me when at age 10 I learnt her correct name 😂

I thought SRK and Kajol were married

I didnt know movies were dubbed. First time I saw a BTS video explaining how it happens, took the magic out of it to be honest.

I thought Govinda and Karishma were married and Kajol and SRK were married.

Not misconceptions about movies in my case but misconception BECAUSE of movies.😆

I thought I could wear cute summer outfits to the mountains. In the middle of winter! It wasn't pleasant.🥶

You know I used to think Amitabh bachchan's name as 'Amita bachchan'...Used to think only a girl's name has 'aaa' sound at end. So used to laugh at his name, me and my friends..🤣

😆..still they show this in so many music videos ...

Also, I used to wonder how are we supposed to know who is hero and who are other characters..lol even when they literally show hero's life till start to end..

As a child, I always marvelled at how quick costumes were changed in songs. Especially women changing saris. I thought they were just really experience or had some tricks up their sleeves to get them done so quick 😆
