It is in Mishti's nature to only take so much in the name of family peace and no more. I wonder when people will get to the root cause of this instead of going round and round.
Meenu was right in one way. Kuhu will do anything for family peace so long as Mishti is not in the picture. Mishti has limits on what she will take in the name of keeping peace in the family. Both of them in the same house will destroy ghar ki shanti.

Abir is not familiar nor used to handling such kind of fights and issues before. He's had his own fair share of arguments with Bigben but obviously they were about real issues. These kinds of bachkaani sister fights and sibling cat fights, he isn't used to dealing with. That's why he just doesn't understand what to do.
But you're completely right, it's about time Abir especially accept that Kuhu just isn't going to budge, she isn't going to change, and it's Mishti's right to stop bearing and pushing aside Kuhu's tantrums.
Kunal infact has often mentioned to Abir, how the sister's relationship is nothing like their bro-bond, and it's not very simple. Because Kunal himself knows how far Kuhu went during their marriage ceremonies to de-fame Mishti and then to separate Mishbir, joining hands with him. Kunal has a much better understanding of the sister's dynamic. Remember during holi this year, Kunal tells Abir that he doesn't want get involved between the sister's arguments etc, whereas Abir says, but ultimately sooner or later we will be because we are their husbands. Both are right, you can't avoid them, but that doesn't mean you should get yourself stuck in something that has been a long war for more than a decade.
I really don't know how they are going to resolve this issue.
It seems like the writers are just going to keep these sister-issue open ended each time, just to have something to fall back to pick up TRP with illogical fighting drama
Meenu is indeed right. That's exactly why it's best for Abir n Mishti to leave RV house for the betterment, sukh and shaanti of all.
