They've blatantly plagiarized the song. Prev lots of Pak artists sang for Vishesh films like Rahat sahab, Shafqat Amanat Ali, Atif Aslam.

I guess they wanted another song from there but due to country relations, this was the only way 🙃

I only feel bad for the original maker, the second version will get more views etc which the OG rightly deserves.
