Is it possible that Vansh hurts her in anger...but unintensionally pushes her down the stairs or something. So she has a fracture and gets hospitalized?

And then Vansh punishes himself for hurting Riddhima, and hurts his own hand.

I think ishani role isn't negative atleast not for vansh. Ive started to like her role & her glamorous look & sometimes her dialogues are funny also. Though she misbehaves with ridhima but it's OK. 😆because the cheating ridhima is doing with dadi & whole Singhania family she doesn't deserve well behavior from this family like dadi does.
