Technically in either case they would phantom average. If Shy had said, the member quits, they would be down to 16 members. Phantom average. If Shy thought they would participate, but the member quit, still down to 16 members. Phantom average.

Yes and you had mentioned 3 members. But the other 48 members didn't say anything. I had said that if I get more people asking for a change, I would change the question. But the other 48 members seemed fine, so I left it.
