No Lalz, he said to Saurabh " Main usse bahu banane thodi na laya tha yahan" he promised her Mama and all villagers that he will make her strong and educated, but yes meanwhile she became the member of their family. It's important for him to get clarity of his own thought. He is saying to everyone one that she is just zimmedari, but when her mother said she has more right on her then he was like aise kaise i am her husband i have more right on her. Might be in upcoming episode makers will give us more clarity.
