I have worked in labs and hospitals before, and most surrogates have a clear distinction that it is not their child, and the child is taken before they bond too much, kind of like an adoption. Don't know dude, but like I said most surrogates kind of know that its not their child, and some people are dependent on the money as well. So we can't judge.

Actually the surrogate can also donate their egg, essentially making it Kuhu and Abir's biological child if the mother's eggs are not viable. Same thing can happen to the man, the sperm won't be from the father, it can be from a bank or a relative.
