Nicely put. If u go and watch that old episode, where Kabutar asks her to marry him, he brings her close, like near to his lips and say to Ridhima- "You have to come this close to Vansh."

We all can understand what he meant there. He directly asked her to do anything to get secret. This is something to be expected from mafia not a police officer

But it is quite opposite where mafia knows a thing called consent. But other one don't care for it at all. All he care is that he gets his goal sacrificing his so called love for that.

She needs to get rid of those love glasses.
