To a certain extent I agree with you that it’s kind of whitewashing. However I also feel a little differently about meenu- mishti dynamics

Deep down I feel meenu respects mishti a lot for the kind of person she is. When she got a cue that Karan’s accident may be related to mish n bir, she never once thought that mishti could do this. She assumed that abir May have killed Karan. Meenu knows how self righteous mishti is. So there is an admiration for all those things mishti is. But it is covered with lot of hate as she is not the kind of girl meenu wanted for her boys and also bcoz abir loves mishti to no ends and she is jealous and craves for her son.

Similarly, the way meenu looked after the family and kunal after mehul, that kind of superseded all her wrongdoings in front of mishti. Mishti also knows that meenu loves abir the most in the world, whereas her parents didn’t love her enough. So she puts up with a lot of flak from meenu and wants to repair the fractured relationship with meenu for abir’s sake.

in this situation, mishti never expected anybody except abir and maybe BP-BM to stand by her. So when meenu is giving her support and telling her she did no wrong she is overwhelmed, grateful,thankful and lot of other things. This shows how vulnerable she is and how much she craves for meenu’s love and normalcy

Agree that current track is is too much diabetic for us. And I didn't even expect that Bigben accepts Mishti like this. But when Meenakshi started to to investigate what happened on that night I had somewhere feeling or the hope that at the end she will support Mishti as a woman. But not this drama. 🤣

Meenu wants to support mishti it's a good thing. But all those extra dialogue made it more melodramatic. Person who can console mishti is abir, BM n BP. All of them were der but it was bigben 🤷‍♀. U can huv sympathy for d person who underwent a lot of thing but suddenly u don't became dat much close to dat persona n make such big promises . To start to show dat much apnapan

Meenu thought it was abir because she got karan's family number from abir's laptop. Plus she got to know even mishti met with an accident dat day so probably won't be able to do it. dat's you she didn't consider mishti. Otherwise she would probably consider mishti's name first

True! Looks like they are in a hurry to wrap up the track! I would have rather preferred a less dramatic Sadu Meenu supporting Mishbir silently. Yeh to diabetes overdose hogaya. And how Abir never thought of an anticipatory bail or about even consulting a lawyer is beyond me!


P.s sorry for so much negativity 😆I loved some scenes like Abir panicking when BP mentioned about taking Mish away. And love Abir and BP conversation too. That seemed realistic.
