Sidharth Pithani stayed at Sushant's place on the day when he died, right? Then there is a high possibility that he has something to do with it if it really is murder then. But that doesn't mean that Rhea has to be an innocent lady, going away from the crime scene doesn't prove that she has nothing to do with it. Sometimes involved people deliberately go away and get their task done by the others so that no one can suspect them. There are already evidences enough that how Rhea was taking benefits from Sushant's money so it's not surprising if she is also behind this masterplan. Most probably there are many more people involved than we can ever imagine.

exactly, I’m not a believer of the theory of her being the murderer either. I do believe it was most probably suicide...but the circumstances leading up to it are so so suspicious, and she is linked to it. She seems shady AF. Even the family’s text from Feb shows how much changed suddenly as soon as she entered his life. There’s something, and it needs investigating and the people involved should be punished accordingly

Sushant's family lawyer already spoke about this week back and narrated how Rhea manipulated n put false allegation against Priyanka (She faked her brother's birthday, did Priyanka's makeup n took her to the party) - All this on Rhea insistence. Then she made up a molestation story aiming to spoil Sushant and Priyanka relation. These are initial messages when she made Sushant believe her story. Months later when Sushant realize reality, he apologized to her sister about the whole thing. This only reaffirms Rhea's agenda of isolating Sushant from his family, first building block n taking total control. One could look up articles for details.
