Mostly not. 🤔 They cannot arrest anyone right away soon after investigation. I guess there's a process and if Rhea is not able to explain her income/property details etc, then there might be serious implications as no one messes with bodies like ED or IT.

Instead of threatening CBI and trying to disrupt investigatuon of Sushant death case, why don't Maharashtra govt and Mumbai mayor try to do something to control the flood situation that happens there every year???
