I'm going to go on record and say that Rhea will most definitely not be arrested on Monday. Even if she's guilty of financial fraud, the ED will take its time in building an air tight case and considering they just got the files....it won't happen right away. Unless, they consider her a flight risk which they don't or they would've arrested her on Friday itself. There's going to be a few more rounds of questioning at the very least.
