Mallika was a case of one sided love.. Would you have preferred Ashu to have had an ex girlfriend whom he really loved but destiny separated him from her.. Uski yaad Mein he remained single till 42.. Would that have made the story better or worse?

Suppose the girl has moved on and doesn't haunt Ashni like Mallika did?
