that leaves us with RB .. RB was keeping track of Pre might have known about Sneha being in need of blood ... so he might have donated without anyone noticing him
but I think Komo might have seen him there and told the receptionist to tell Anurag the lines which RB uses and with which Anurag could connect to and he did as expected by Komo .
RB sign is not fake ..., I think, he donated blood and left ...
