Surely. I can understand if she didn’t like the song being his partner, and if Sidnaaz fans see her not promoting it as she being herself, I wouldn’t know what to say. But ideally, an insta story, a post, a tweet... jo bhi. Supporting the partner professionally in public and positively is essential to set a long term relationship tone. Just my two cents.

4. Their own relationship irrespective of public, coz what real difference in perception would promoting the song make?

In this case, her not promoting would create a more negative buzz than her promoting, which is expected.

There is a side of me that feels fits Sidharth/ Sidnaazians right. They are not official and Shehnaaz keeps doing so much of Sidnaaz. For a change, if she doesn’t promote, great.

But I know that is the 😈 in me speaking 🙃
