"The Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013 is a criminal law act for the state of Maharashtra, India, originally drafted by anti-superstition activist and the founder of Maharashtra Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti (MANS), "

Its not black magic that is recognised but the practicr of promoting superstitions and black magic and performing those rituals that have been declared punishable.

You make no sense Sir/Madam & extremely antagostic to boot.

This is an anti superstition act in essence. Earlier you called me ignorant for not knowing that Black Magic is a punishable offense. This act would not apply to Rhea. If anything it's SSR's father who could be charged for pushing superstition.

Maybe it's you who needs comprehension lessons.

Not one bit surprised here. And this is coming from someone who appreciated some of what she had initially said in response to Kangana. At this point it has just become about who takes a "better" potshot and in the same vein it has now stooped to a level where she is literally mocking his family. Like I said for most of these folks it really is about me, myself and I.

As for the witch hunt crap, his family had filed a case after more than a month. Whether what they are alleging can be proven in court is whole another matter. I mean we are living in a country where literally mass murderers are roaming around freely so let's not even get to what will happen and not happen. But this notion that just because it can't apparently be proven they have no legal right to even file a case is beyond absurd. They have every darn right to file a case. They are the ones who have lost their son and their brother, they are the ones who grew up with him, knew him inside out, they have every right here to take this up legally. And no that doesn't make it a witch hunt.

If anything, like I have been saying the the genders here been reversed and had all these allegations come up against a man, most who are giving folks a benefit of doubt here won't be doing do because a woman in a abusive relationship is more often the norm than a man. Not saying that's what this was but just speaking from a general point of view of what are the norms out there and how our perceptions are often based on those norms.

I don't have an opinion yet on the exploits, if any, of Rhea. But I agree in that the family has all the right to file a complaint if they suspect foul play.

Importantly, this is the right time to demonstrate feminism. We should not be using the woman card just yet.

Personally I'm gonna wait for all these investigations to officially report their findings. Have no trust on these TRP hungry channels.

Come what may of the investigation though, 2 things will not change for me.

1. Kalank is a snake 🐍. Hope going forward he doesn't get to shame other actors & invoke the baser instincts in the audience to guffaw at their expense.

2. Masand should be appropriately dealt with. Going forward all these leery blinds writers shouldn't be given any respect by the aam jantaa.

I can't believe I actually typed this much on my phone. Sigh...

I see no difference between Tapsee and Kangana. Two sides of the same coin.

The only difference is that Kangana despite being crazy has a lot more courage than Tapsee. Otherwise, they are the same. Tapsee really needs to quit her holier than thou attitude. She's the same.

No the difference is Tapsee has tendency to be annoying but Kangana is psychotic

Tapsee is the less crass version of Kangana. But, unlike Tapsee at least Kangana doesn't pretend to be holier than thou. She is what she is openly.

P.S I dislike Kangana intensely for her antics.

How will his father pushed to superstition when the servants say it was Rhea n her mom bringing some tantrik baba n throwing everyone out of the house do u even read yourself what u write?

And if u want Ppl to not jump on Rhea before court gives its verdict PRACTICE WHAT U PREACH n stop giving your non sense about his family.

His family knows much better than you, me, Kangana. The lawyer isn't an uneducated moron also they have an IPS who very much knows what is a punishable offence and which is not.

You feel sympathy for a gold digger please do. But a working woman whose father is a doctor and literally shoves her family's expenses through a man's throat isn't as saint as anyone predicts..

U feel his Family, his personal gym trainer everyone is lying but the girl wanting CBI few days ago suddenly is only interested in Mumbai police investigation all fine it's either u don't know how corruption works in India or u r too ignorant about everything.

It's a witch hunt with the way media has been handling it. Look at the number of false articles on Rhea.

It makes complete sense for the family to have their suspicions on Rhea and I am glad they are getting that investigated.

Meanwhile, using that as an excuse the media has been fledging false allegations against Rhea because most people support the family, therefore, they are likely to believe any rubbish that's written against Rhea. Therefore, so many false articles popping up against Rhea and people are lapping them up. Media is playing a dirty TRP game here. And I think Taapsee may be referring to that.

These words were thrown out there when Kangana was out there on every other channel just a year or so back doing one interview after the other on Hrithik. Some of these journalists who claim to be staunch feminists took up her cause and jumped on the bandwagon without going into the details of any of what she was saying. Look where that landed most of them. I can take up names here of those very journalists but I don't want to because I don't want to derail the discussion. The bottomline being one can stand up for women empowerment, be a feminist and still think that there are cases out there where men can too be at the receiving end of harassment, emotional abuse and domestic violence. Is it the norm? Nope. But does it happen? Yup.

Yes. I started meandering in my post. But the point I was trying to make is that feminism shouldn't allow just for positives, but should also allow the right to be equally negative. Without knowing details pulling out the woman card ain't gonna help nobody. 😊

No one , absolutely no one has stood up for sushant's justice. It's only the ppl who are leading the movement. I am so done with these ppl and BW in general. They were quick to defend sanjay dutt when he was arrested. When it comes to salman khan ,they ain't afraid to stand up for him. Justice because SSR was not a superstar, and was one of them they don't deem it worthy to speak up for him.
