I have just heard Uddhav Thackeray having issues with cbi handling the case n Mumbai cm deshmukh stating it ya a suicide before the so called sham investigation has been completed

I agree. Arnab to the most part. He covered candle4ssr which became huge success. And interviewing Sandeep has completely changed the case.

Dr. Swamin and the Nibhaya attorney are saying there are ways around this. We can still have a CBI. It will either have to be contested in court or approved by the Supreme Court/National Government - something along those lines.

I recommend it but I was very disappointed about the actress who wanted us to accept the police on the spot verdict of suicide and not speculate aka ask difficult questions and show Sushant respect by remaining silent. Who knows if the CBI will even happen? But a lot has been exposed already and they should secretly be panicking. Someone like her coming out and making such a disappointing statement showcases panic among the industry and hope that a respected actress like her can get protesters to shut up.

Of course a crime of passion that happened in front of hundreds of witnesses is much easier to prove and get public support on than a preplanned murder.

I’m no legal expert but I heard in news if the investigation is on by two state police...it can get moved to cbi...that’s why Mumbai police is not cooperating with Bihar police ...so that they back off n mumbai police can continue with their drama n eventually let the outrage in the case for off n then close the case. This time it doesnt look like anything witnessed before...

I was shocked to read her interview. I was not expecting that. I genuinely thought she would recommend cbi or light a candle. I was very disappointed. Because even she have experienced failure in life and she did bounced back. Maybe she want to be in that group. Who knows.

She is now married to a rich financer. She is not struggling anymore personally. So who cares if other outsiders lives are treated as cheap as a on the spot verdict and dismissed. The fact that she said no one can be blamed for depression oriented suicide was so ignorant on so many levels. The Bollywood biggies showing no suspicion and in fact asking people to hush it with few exceptions like Riya Sen only points to more fishy things. They all have to support each other to be in the group that is safe and secure at all times in the industry.
