The "puri" is deep fried and then you put this sour/salty/spicy water inside it. Then you can add more stuff on top if you like. It's so good!!

I will try........only the frying things scares me a Lil bit.........hope that's not spicy.......

It's not oily...the puri is very thin so you don't need to worry too much about it being fried. You can adjust the spice of the water. If you eat it at an indian restaurant, they'll ask you the spice level anyways

Yeah that happens to me too....they see I'm Indian so they assume I'll get the spiciest level 😆 I can eat spicy food but not super spicy...I keep it around medium plus
