Building a case of abetment on "Masand's blinds" or :not getting inroads into the inner circle which caused him anguish" is NOT enough for an abetment charge, legally speaking. Not only is it a weak basis, it is non existent. The case being "oh they put out bad press against him which broke him", which will once again put the onus on his mental health, NOT on Masand or whoever Kangana wants to blame. Competition, career rivalry, sabotage is NOT abetment purely in terms of the law. So whether he had mental health issues or not, it'l then be dug up via interrogations of his doctors or sub peona

Not dictating what you should think but atleast WAIT for the investigation to be over. Please stop using these terms so loosely. Justice is served according to the law and not according to what you THINK is right. Otherwise we would all be kangaroo courts.

One more thing, Jessica Lal's case was fought by her sister who loved her dearly. Similarly so was Nirbhaya's by her family. Who is fighting SSR's? Swamy, Kangana..people who didnt even know him! Sushant's brother in law is also not clamoring for CBI enquiry. Should tell you everything about people's real motives!

His family is not some bechara clan. If they thought there was something fishy, they would have done something or said it.

after sushant;s demise lot of people are coming out and are giving statements and social media warriors are coming up with their own theories as if they know him in and out to forward their agendas....portraying themselves as victims to gain sympathy which needs to be stopped...

I never said his family didn't do enough! It's not easy helping a person with depression, that I know. That's the thing with people who kill themselves, they leave this world and behind them are their loved ones who are shattered and torn. People who will forever think if there was something they could have done to help. Sushant is at peace wherever he is, but his loved ones are not. This whole circus where everyone is using his name to serve their own agenda is unfair to his loved ones.

Yes, you are right about depression but with manic depression that is not the same as someone bullying so much until u take ur own life. It's not the same as the daughter in law being abused so she kills herself - thats abetment. But manic depression is genetic in a lot of cases, it hurts them. If you don't understand the suffering a person goes through in their mind because of this illness, its best u keep quiet. Because I know what its like and I am telling you the way it is.

Take Vidya for example. She has been through it and has seen it. Shah Rukh made fun of her to her face in front of an audience, she was tortured by VVC for her role in Parineeti, the media backlash once her films flopped and so on. She has seen it all. And now people are going to abuse her just because her thoughts about SSR's death don't align with theirs!

Just imagine if she took the same drastic step, how many would come out and blame others especially SRK for what she did?

Kya bakwas hai. Award shows are scripted. Srk was doing his job as a host. Vidya ne jo srk ka majak udaya kitne award kharide hain kya srk ne suicide karlia?

Vidya chodo even kapil was mocking srk retire kyu nahi kar rahe hain.Vidya has said several times that srk is is her favorite n he is nicest of all. Keep srk out of this

Akshay Kumar and Sajid Khan also made fun of her dress sense. But again it was scripted and she laughed along. These kwk type comments are dumb but really meaningless and will become as important as you make it.
