Same. EXO's journey is as unique as EXO. It's not like they had any privileges because they were from a well-established company. SM is pure trash when it comes to treatment towards its artists. For EXO we don't know what they want to do after the contract expires. I really hope SM learns to treat their other artists better.

He made me move Jongin from my bias list so that I can clear the space for him. He was bias wreaking me real hard for some time now and 'On me' was like the final nail in the coffin. Exactly, SM earns in a smark way. They worked hard promoting them, taking them on trips, projecting them on shows (it's sad that we weren't there during those times) now SM is in a phase where they want to fill their lockers with EXO's money and no doubt EXO is doing that for SM. SImilarly with older teams too. GG got their albums digitally and there was zero promotion. It's a shame that the song had a performance. I really wanted to see members dancing to it.
I agree to disagree here. The amount of promotions other established groups are getting even now is way ahead of what EXO ever got. Being honest, I really don't care about other groups. But SM needs to understand who is bringing money to their damn company. SM themselves confirmed that 40% of their revenue comes from EXO only. Imagine contributing 40% to the company which had multiple well-established groups. Rather than being thankful, what SM did? Voiced their disappointment over EXO still being the top contributor to their revenue. I really don't understand why the hell they were disappointed if EXO is ruling the sales.😡

I know/listen to many groups but I'm not into anyone else than EXO.
I have tried listening to others but apart from numbered songs I can't find a single group who I can even continue listening too. I just cannot. The reason I started with Kpop so late even after being into Kdramas was bts. I saw a song of theirs and then I thought kpop is not my cup of tea. It has nothing to do with their song. It was good but not appealing to my music taste.
The whole renewal thing is going to break out sooner or later. It's just a matter of time when all the members finish their mandatory military and this is going to be the headlines for a while. IMO, EXO should renew and have a label of their own. Like SuJu did. Like Lay Zhang Studio, Studio 519 .... etc. That way both SM and the artist can be benefitted. Not only SM but all the company artists have something of their own, they know that they aren't gonna stick around like forever.

He couldn't. It's not like JW is less powerful its just that XL excels in everything he does. He is just not greedy. Otherwise, with his potential he could rule everyone. Even after everything he was just waiting for HC. He never tried to dominate anyone even after defeating JW.

Shi Mei is a complicated character imo. Maybe when I read different parts of him, like analysis maybe I would bring myself to forgive him. Not that I hate him now, but what he did was wrong in my eyes. Even though Chu Wanning did not sacrifice anything great for him he was one of the well-wishers of Shi Mei. He cant turn blind on that fact.
It's all about where you are standing while seeing something. MR and CW are our main characters and favs so we feel their pain more. just switch the places once and think if SM was the main character would we really dislike him. I can't. Desperate times demands desperate measures. For me after knowing how selfless he was towards his cause made me see him in a different light. I can forgive him for everything he did because MR and CW got their happy ending SM did not get it. He even sacrificed himself. If he can sacrifice himself for his cause, killing or hurting others is no big deal for him. He wasn't even trying to make things right for him. He was doing it for all the people like him and his mother who was nothing more than a piece of meat for the so-called cultivators.
The thing I really liked towards the end is both Chu Wanning and MO Ran has sacrificed enough for each other. When they started off their life in the deep forest, both of them had no regrets, no debts, no guilt but only love. I would give +1 for what the author did there.
Yes but the extras are unimpressive from CW's side. I get that CW's character is not open but he seems more remote than he did in main chapters which is a big turn off for me.

I will choose TXJ in a heartbeat no questions asked. He suffered a lot and he was still the strongest of them all. If you remove MR from the book I will read it but if you remove TXJ I would never continue it. One of the reasons I did not leave the book incomplete despite the pathetic translations was TXJ. He has such a strong pull that I couldn't resist it.
