I myself have started feeding him external food just now, after he turned 2 😆 It was home cooked only till then, and I made sure to buy organic products only 😳

its good that he doesn’t have sweets at this age. It wont do any good for him. Mine refuses chocolates too.

For milk, its plain milk or honey or rose syrup time to time. Thats all.

I BF him for 2 years. Towards the end, I started pumping and fed him in 🍼 to get him used to it. I directly shifted to organic cow milk. No milk powder.

I go to open places with him like park and zoo. Not indoors. Haven’t gone to restaurants yet. Its still risky to take him there.
