Ishq mein marjawa two - the shortcomings right now

Ishq mein marjawa two still did not met up the level of season one Atleast the initial episodes did not. There is a reason why initial episodes of ishq mein marjawa one was interesting and worked for a while for me, it was because of the performance of aalisha panwar as tara and arohi. It kept me going on regardless of anything still they ruined it by bringing nia. Arjun was good as well but running factor for me was aalisha's performance. She was stunning. This is where season two lacks, we need somehow to give same level of performance. Vansh is supposed to be a grey shaded character but the actor who is playing him is very weak, he can't carry the character and he is very bad at the expressions and voice modulation. I did not like vansh character at all ( his characterization is very weak) and his chemistry with helly is zero. The casting has been horrible for vansh.

The only thing which can keep the show going will be if they give kabir's character a twist or bring some twist to even Riddhima. Vishal has the scope to give a very good performance ( anyone who has watched veera knows how good actor he is) and even helly has very good scope. They are both better actors than this vansh guy and share a better chemistry. I really hope they reduce vansh's character screenspace and bring back the twist soon.

Everyone has their own POV but for me I don’t see anything wrong with the actor who is playing Vansh role. I think his dialogue delivery, voice modulation and his facial expression is great, his chemistry with Ridhimma is also great. For me it was really because of Vansh’s character that i am watching this show and the more I’m watching the more I’m enjoying the show and his chemistry with Ridhimma.

Everyone has their own POV which should be respected, so that’s totally fine if you don’t like the actor’s performance or the chemistry. On the other note yeah Vishal is indeed a good actor I’ve also seen him from Veera, but let’s see how his character turns to be in the future episodes.

I have seen only the initial (very few) eps of season 1 and I agree with you that Alisha was perfect from the get go (both as Arohi and esp as Tara).

Season 2 I started watching because of Helly but now Rahul (Vansh) is also why I am continuing. Imo they have good chemistry. Kabir’s mainly in flashbacks as of now but it’s just the first week so things will fall in place soon and every character will be developed and explored (hopefully)

I disagree with you.. I watched show initially coz of helly n also coz of thriller genre.. I have not watched season 1 starting but i must say it became full khichdi in end...

Rahul n his character vansh is the x factor.. The character of Vansh really well written with sassy dialogue.. Even ridz n kabir character too looks well as of now.. Overall am liking the show n story n the way they executing.. Cinematography music is really nice... A show needs various elements to be successful n this show has made a mark

Personally the only thing bothering me are the gaping holes and the obvious loopholes. I really like Vansh so far. The actor is playing the role well. I'm quite intrigued by Vansh. I do hope they explore Kabir more. Vishal is a good actor and I want to see him more as well. These flashbacks and the one-off scenes aren't enough.

I disagree.... I think most interesting part of the show is Vansh and RidhAnsh... They r hot together ☺️.. And I can't even imagine any other actor playing vansh... Rrahul is doing an amazing job.

Agree with you. Its boring as of now. Only Vishal can save the show right now. Else alrwady thinking of quitting the show

Totally agree with you actor playing vansh is weak link of this show people might liking his character but this character can't survive much because of his acting and dead expression, his blinking habits on wrong time, his dead expression everything. Now i have not much hope from show after seeing first week episodes.

I agree with you regarding Vansh's acting. I've watched only 2 episodes so far and liked his and Riddhima's character the most. But his acting needs to improve..his expressions seem flat at times and ruins the fun.

Also, Alisha's acting was really great in the first season..I was in awe of her ability to play two such contrasting characters with such perfection.
