Abir ke saare theories correct nahi hain. Time he understood his weaknesses also and moved on from there. It's high drama but hopefully will result in good. Everyone makes mistakes yaar, let's see how they deal with it.

daya he is always aware of his weakness... he was never perfect or excellent... what we say is we would connect with abir in past bcoz even when he did mistake we knew how his reaction will be n why he is doing so even then we didnt have justification for his action... but here they are bringing abirs character to a new low the difference of past n now is that before he was unaware of most truth n he thinks thousand times before taking decision even if he was emotional, he was well aware of the consequences, he knew what he is doing... its not what we wanted to see but we knew why he is doing this n we understood him n accepted it...

but here thats not the case,... he knew well what happened, he is aware of everything but he is not thinking straight, this is defintely not the abir we knew even in market incident, breakup time, kuku shaadi everytime some of us understood abir more bcoz he was clear n we could connect with him but here we cant even say we know this abir... he has done mistake in past too daya but not out of character... there has been ups n lows to his character but not like this...

A guy can come an attack and molest and attempt to rape a girl anytime anywhere but IF she hits in self defence and the guy dies or is severely injured there is a whole case on her where she has to go through police lawyers judiciary to prove herself that she did it in self defence. If the molester is dead there can still be a case on her by his family that she went too far in self defence and could be punished or jailed for it. All this will take up months of her life or maybe even years. Very much fair to the girl who did nothing wrong to be stuck in such a situation.

IDK if what Abir is doing is right. It's easy to say the face the judiciary but we all know how it runs how long it takes to get judgement and if the guys family is powerful how difficult it can get for the girl to prove innocence. All this she has to face coz a random guy one fine day decided to molest n rape her. Her entire life becomes at stake due to that one guy.

When Abir reached both ppl were unconscious mishti n the guy who tried to molest her. Did he know what happened between them. Did he even know mishti hit him in self defence. He just took mishti away without calling the ambulance to take the other unconscious/dead person away. Or maybe he called. If Abir left a random person to die without calling for help it would not be right. It wud have been better if they showed mishti running away to find Abir telling him everything, them coming back seeing the person dead and then mishti becoming unconscious n abir deciding to run away. I don't know what they have shown exactly in the episode though. I am yet to watch it.

Exactly

Abir is a human, None can be sure that the step they took in a situation like that was the "right" step, If Mishti gets punishment because of lack of evidence to support her claim of self-defense, then he would think informing the police without getting evidence was wrong.

In this situation, Abir acted like any of us would have acted, that guy tried to molest Mishti, what was she supposed to do? Abir didn't think he would die, he didn't know that the guy had imbibed enough alcohol to be poisoned by it, Mishti was unconscious, she couldn't tell him anything, he acted in a stressful situation and he did go back to check on the guy but sadly, he died due to overdose of alcohol

This is definitely a moral grey area, but TBH I can't say what is wrong or right here convincingly, the only thing I can say is that the guy trying to molest Mishti was wrong and Mishti was right in protecting herself

The show has potential to bring about what nicest of people do in a situation such as this, what legalities are there? Does our law and justice system expects women to get raped silently and wait for justice to be served, if her rapist is "kind" enough to spare her life?

I also aksed a similar question, yesterday.

How does Varun know? What does he know? Only his flashback will give answers.

Any party could have gone to the police but there wouldn't be a family drama

Yaar in this tricky situation people need family support and guidance..even If abir could have informed BB she could try to eliminate mishti using this situation..that is the sad part mishbir has none to support them in their toughest situations..makers could have kept BP and BM to guide them..see abir went to police station they said that person died due to over consume of alcohol..so he might left it he dont have any evidance to prove abt mishti self defecne.but its difficult for mishti to come out from this guilty

Makers kept it very much real.👏

Abir can't be expecting her to forget everything and let it go 😲by doing all sorts of light hearted stuff for her ...I hope he has some long term strategies and we would know later

Anyways, let's see aage kya hoga 😊

Yes guruji! this is the main point I'm quite confused, upset and annoyed.

Mishti has to open up about his for her own mental health.

But like I said before, I'm not going to think it anymore further, just going to wait and see what they do.

well everyone celebrated when the hyderabad case rapists were planned encountered by police. That was also a planned killing without the judiciary taking its due course. we still wouldnt know if more people were involved or not because everyone involved is dead. The whole countries conscience dint think that law dint actually take its course tht time. That is because people have no sympathies for rapists and molesters

there is a difference between a potential rapist/molester and a person. i have no sympathies for potential rapists. We need to know what Abir knew when he left the person to die(did he know that he tried to molest mishti or he left a random person to die.). Another thing if was he already dead by the time Abir reached there.

Also there is a difference between spiking an innocents drink and getting him sick vs killing in self defense. if Abir thought what nanko did is a crime even then he did not report him or meenu to the police. here what mishti did is not a crime.

Yes there would have been better way of handling the situation. Maybe Abir should have just stayed n told that i found two people unconscious. The blame could have gone on 3rd person. How would anyone prove it was mishti who hit with brick, unless there as eyewitness or cctv there
