That land dealer tells anu why he is he trying to loose everything from pre if it wasnt for his request he would have never signed paperwork for pre.

Just watch precap.as no parth in episode.its anurag who met cp first.and he also save her from accident.may be this is a hint for anu cp bond in future

Anurag and cutiepie bond is for sure different this time around. This time, Anurag was there during prernas pregnancy..despite of memory loss he felt the connection with cutiepie even when she was not born..he listened to her first hertbeats..he was the one who was there with prerna during delivery...he was the first one to hold Cutiepie..and most importantly...he knows that sneha is his daughter...❤️
