Just read another terrible news today. An AIIMS Junior doctor (whom I used to follow on quora) died of suicide today. He was suffering from depression 😥
I used to follow him on Quora too! The humblest person I knew!
That I am speechless would be an understatement.
I can understand Don't lose heart. I know it must hurt but these people feed off such emotions.
There was this really inspiring thing I had read somewhere which said the ones who are trying to pull you down can do so only cuz they're standing beneath you.

Ironically, he was playing mini militia game just before his death. 😒
Never contacted him but have been following him on quora for so long. He was an inspiration indeed. I remember feeling a bit shocked on his last answer too. The one in which he was contemplating it and finding ways to do it.
Feels terrible to have lost a brilliant mind in this way😭
