I don't think Yoga was restricted in any era. Even during ancient times women did yoga but cannot compare with those times and Yoga is related to Shastras also so I think they'll consider it.

I don't know about Bondita but Anirudh is Shiv's one of the thousand names mentioned in Shiv Purana

I remember always thinking about both of them as Shiv and Shakti

Anirudh is like Shiv ji. Gets angry easily and bursts out but in the end he has that innocence and that childlike nature of Bholenath

Bondita is like Shakit{Parvati}. Doesn't know her true potential. Very curious. And just like how Parvati ji had taken upon her to fulfill her desire to marry Lord Shiv even Bondita takes upon her to fulfill her wishes

ShivShakti always sought eachother in despair. He will don his Raudra roop to protect her and so will she don her Mahakali roop if you cast your bad look on him

And so do Rudhita. Protect eachother

Just like Pravati needed Shivji's guidance to her Mahakali roop so will Bondit
