The problem is not that the premise is similar to Judaai - the actual issue is with the screenplay which sometimes feels like a copy paste. when you have bomb actors like Sonya and Zahid, why are they making them overact so much..I still remember how gorgeous they could be in IZN where their eyes spoke more than the dialogues..Ulfat's character is exact same like Sri - so much that she even copied the manner of talking, rolling eyes and being screechy like her. I refuse to believe that the actors did not know of Judaai's existence. Also I agree that now Pak dramas are increasingly becoming like Indian soaps. They need to go back to feeling realistic like how it used to be when DES, ZGH, Malaal kind of shows aired. Thats what attracted us to them in the first place. The last absolutely original and awesome Pak drama I remember is Jackson Heights..that flavour of originality has gone missing somewhere, even though I still enjoy watching most of them.
