Bollywood actresses romanced onscreen with both father and son

Sridevi

This is a rare case when an actress worked with the son first and then the father. In 1990, Sridevi worked with Dharmendra as his lead in a film called Naka Bandi. Earlier in 1989, Sridevi worked with Sunny Deol in Chaalbaaz. In fact there are five other films in which Sridevi and Dharmendra were seen together.

Amrita Singh

She made her debut with Sunny Deol in Betaabi in 1983. Six years down the line she worked with his dad Dharmendra in Sachai Ki Taqat as his wife.

Madhuri Dixit

In Feroz Khan's 1988 film Dayavan, she was paired opposite Vinod Khanna.At that time, Madhuri was 20 and Vinod 42 but their sensuous song together, Aaj phir tumpe, became a rage. Nine years later, Madhuri was paired opposite Vinod Khanna's son Akshaye in Mohabbat which was directed by her then manager Rakesh Nath's wife Reema.

Dimple Kapadia

Sunny Deol and Dimple Kapadia came together in 1984 with Manzil Manzil. Later, Dharmendra acted with Dimple in Mast Kalandar in 1991 and, in fact, both of them even had a kiss in their next film Dushman Devta which also released in 1991.

Jaya Prada

Jaya Prada did films Farishtey and Shehzaade opposite Dharmendra in which she played his love interest. She also gave romantic scenes with his son Sunny Deol in the film Veerta.

Hema Malini

Hema Malini has appeared in the movie 'Sapna Ka Saudagar' with Raj Kapoor. Apart from this, Hema Malini worked with Raj Kapoor's son Randhir Kapoor in the film 'Haath Ki Safai'. Hema Malini has also appeared in 'Ek Chadar Maili Si' with Rishi Kapoor.

It still became a huge deal in 1995 when Raja came out because sexist Indian media had labelled Madhuri as a 'senior actress' starring opposite a young actor.

Surprisingly the audience didn't care much about the age-gap and the film became a hit probably because Madhuri was the numero uno in Bollywood at that time, so the whole deal was just brushed off.

dimple, sridevi and amrita are aleast ok in one movie i watched of dharmendra in 1990s there was an actress i think kimi or something she looked fit to be his younger son bobbys heroine she was so young

luckily dhaminder stopped acting as hero after 1990s when bobby became hero or he would have worked with heroines of his younger son too
