Maybe it's a good thing we are not getting promos or any bts pics (keeps us intrigued with suspense, rather than fighting over small glimpses and making assumptions😉). But on a more serious note; even if it is true that Rhesha haven't started shooting yet, perhaps the production house does want to take things slow and gradually build momentum of shooting practice (since PS has started - they don't want to overload all technicians, lightmen etc workers during these harsh times).

In the long run, the more they delay the start of shooting, the safer the actors and workers will be (less risk of spreading infection)
