This is not just fans really, in general, Aishwarya is considered as the epitome of beauty, she is one of the most popular names that will come up if someone is asked about a beautiful face. Of course there may be 2-3% of people who don't find her beautiful, you are one of them which is fine, but Aishwarya is rated highly in beauty department by majority consensus, and this is not limited to the forum or social media, but general public, even those who are not her fans or don't like her personality would admit that she looks gorgeous.

Basically she had a Godfather. But for that those parts would've gone to better, more deserving actresses.

It is hard to combine BW and HW actresses. They are different. I think, no matter where an actress plays or lives, if she is talented, everyone will understand it.

So you tell me, who is the defensive one? In your following comment, you also did what everyone else has been doing - giving your opinion based on both actresses looks. A feature which you stated is not a skill but something you’re born with. In line with that, what makes your comment any different to everyone else who gave their opinion too?

I find it odd that you’re targeting members who replied to someone else’s statement rather than the member who initiated the beauty comparison first 😳

Angelina is not prettier than Aish from the face. She is sexier than Aish maybe.

Currently Hollywood actresses over bollywood ones. Not because Hollywood is perfect but they search for talent not surnames.

This is a fun question. I think mainstream bollywood actresses are lagging behind in terms of acting skill. It's because the industry is set up differently. In Hollywood there are so many roles written for women in so many different genres. You do not need to play the pretty love interest in almost every movie. Whereas in Bollywood 95% or more of the roles written for ladies happen to love interest roles. That already limits most women from becoming a leading actress. Then let's talk about age and experience. Acting like any other art form is something that gets better with practice. These actresses come in their early 20s, by the time they get to their mid to late 30s very few roles are written for them!! IT IS SO RIDICULOUS!! These actresses improve over years and finally when they are at their best no one really wants to watch them or have roles for them. Hollywood of course has its share of problems but because it is such a huge industry there are more places and opportunities to shine. India has such talented actresses. It makes me sad that we will never get to see much work for them because they are not the romantic heroine material.
