he will shoot only these many hrs
he will shoot only these many days per month but will complete the scenes
his contract is only 3 months, not sure if it will be extended or not
channel may continue him or not, Ekta kya karegi

and regarding other actors not being on par with KSG or anyone, yeh kaunsa Oscar level show hai, that. u need an actor of certain looks or caliber , daily show mein char drives and not actors
