As far as it goes, I think most are pretty good in terms of behavior. I guess spoiled to me would mean getting everything you want and having a snobby attitude. Haven't really met people like that and tend to stay away from those type of people, lol. If anything's popular among us teens, it's iPhones. I switched to the Pro Max after years of Samsung cause I got tired of the Android interface being laggy a lot and the battery issues. I think iPhone has to have one of the best batteries I have seen.. what phone do you have?
I've heard of Zinger Shawarmas but never tried them.. I tried Zinger today at this place called Halal Peri Peri whose logo looks like a knock off of Pepe's š but nothing can beat Pepe's for me.. that's one of the places I'm gonna hit right when I come to UK lol. As well as Kulcha Express. They had some amazing food. But I loved Pepe's the most from all the restaurants. And really? I like chicken keema a lot.. what I do is make my own tacos and quesadillas with chicken keema lol. And I love lasagna and Italian food in general.. I miss ravioli I barely get it here.
I think here in America we make a good salary. I remember looking at the salaries in UK and they were less compared to here. I find Uber expensive still I don't mind walking since it burns calories lol. Oh wow, I ordered takeout often on UberEats during the extreme quarantine where you couldn't be out at all but now I just walk and get food, since most desi restaurants are in walking distance from my home. Houston is known for having a lot of houses.. here in Chicago we have mainly apartments and condominiums, not too many houses; maybe like 1 house for every 5-7 buildings. That's great to hear.. hopefully everything gets completely normal soon and I've gotten used to the 1 metre distance rule too now lol. I feel that a lot of countries are in their peak that were not before... because many countries that started 2-3 months ago have now slowed down considerably but in other states in America what happened was they opened way too early which is why the cases are going up right now, thankfully Chicago/Illinois stayed closed for long which is why we went down, so I'm actually thankful for that. Schools are also opening in September here which I'm happy about because it's my last year of high school so I'm excited and hoping we still have all the events that the seniors do in high school.
I think floor 0 is ground floor, that's where they both are. I didn't know in Europe ground floor is called ground zero, we call it 1st floor lol
I can drink those fruit teas but I don't drink them often. I never really became a fan of chai I can drink it but I'm not obsessed with it like some people. I hate biting into cardamom in food lol
Yeah but you guys actually have more halal options than us in terms of fast food joints, I feel like even despite having a big desi community some restaurants don't really care but hopefully soon these places go halal, or even add some rice items as some other countries.. are you more of a roti/paratha or rice person? I usually prefer naan with most salan lol
I like bhelpuri a lot but over here it is not made good.. I think all chaats are good but I don't like dahi baray. I love cakes, ice cream, and chocolates they are always good lol.. do you have a brand called Vadilal at desi supermarkets over there? They are a Indian brand of ice cream and they have flavors like rose chikki, gulab jamun, paan, it's pretty good
