Coming to think of it, kjo and others doing dirty work behind back, yet had guts to call Sushanr a friend and write a lengthy message after his death battles me.

Pooja says we all industry knew what sushant went through and he was depressed but we didnt help. So there is no way kjo didnt know that.

It could have an effect if people just stop watching their movies. And it looks like we are headed that way. This can be a defining moment if the audiences want it to be. If they don’t then we can’t say much.

I know if nothing comes of this I will never speak of nepotism again. Something needs to happen, now more than ever

Overall though you are right. This unfollowing thing will taper off in a week or so or maybe even sooner. In a few weeks she might gain all of it back, authentically or by manipulation. And by the time she needs to promote a movie, or herself, everyone will pretend that nothing ever happened.

The main thing that might come of this is that her PR will teach her a proper and polite fall back answer when names of people she looks down on is brought up in her interviews. This is true for all of them, Alia, Sonam, Sara, and evening Bebo and KJo.

I am going to take away my star purchase on amazon. Nothing profiting Bollywood from now on. But again cricket and Bollywood are two of the biggest sources of entertainment in India. There is not much a of a pop culture, support culture, all sort of other alternatives of entertainment. Group outings are not something done in rural parts of India. Some people might not even understand the concept of nepotism. It is not going to change anything? There was more outrage during Divya Bharti's death. Did anything change? Situation became worse. They never intentionally remind us about her. Even Om Shanti Om didn't outwardly claim to be based on her.
