The thing is There are many people suffering from Depression..but they are not diagnosed,they dont even realise that they are suffering from Depression until its become too late...This makes me realise i should keep my mood swings in check before its getting worse...

Most of the ppl suffering from Depression look happy outside but you never know what they are going through inside...We all really should stay strong at this point for ourselves and our loved ones ..This lockdown making the things more worse for all...I never knew this 2020 would turn out like this for everyone 💔
