I don't understand fantasy , which people 4 karna & Draupadi. Why people fail to understand Draupadi never loved karna & was never sorry in marrying five husbands.
People say karna had all 14 quality which Draupadi as nalayani asked but forget lord shiv himself said no single man can have these all 14 quality.
Karna don't respect woman , uska example dyut sabha mai sabko mil chuka tha, karna koi zarurat aur haq nhi tha uss sabha mai kuch bhi bolne ka .
I don't remember but in MB war either 15, 16 or 17 karna was asking location of arjun on Warfield by his soldiers , he said something like if give away my wife to person who tells d location of arjun 2 him.
Aise hi kuch hai.
Ha karna galat hua tha , par vo Draupadi ki vajah se nhi hua tha, as per my knowledge Draupadi dint stopped karn but karn himself failed in her swayamber.
Aur adharma raj Yudi ke liye mere pass words nhi hai , unka dharma mere sir pe se bounce ho jata hai.
Despite I don't like Karna at all, but I think giving wife n sons as gifts seems hyperbole to me. Its like people say "Main khud ko bech kar bhi apne bacchon ko padhaunga", they don't really mean that they would sell themselves into the slave market to get money for their children's study
The usage of word actually suggests that he was offering them whatever they wanted in lieu of the information, money, precious stones, promotions, beautiful (virgin) girls or even his things of personal pleasure (just before which he mentions wives and sons) now to think of it,
Firstly he was a king and CIC, nowhere does it seem probable that foot soldiers would have even dared to ask him for his wives and sons
Secondly most of his sons were there in the war itself and were all holding important positions in army, gifting them away would have actually weakened their army, and he would definitely not want that to happen
Thirdly why would the foot soldiers (who definitely would have been poor) be interested having slaves over money?
Lastly why on the earth would any foot soldier be interested in getting middle aged wives of Karna instead of beautiful girls that he was offering.
I mean in pure economic terms(for the foot soldiers) as well his wives and sons were the least useful and highest maintenance items to take and had the highest risk factor.
His statement as I understand meant in Hindi/Urdu like
Tumne se jo bhi Arjun aur Krishna ka pata Mujhe bataayega usko munh maanga inam milega, sona, chandi, jawahrat ya shabab jo chaho,.
Wo agar chahe na to meri khud ki favourite cheezein biwi bachhe bhi maang sakta hai
I know majority would disagree but this is what i understood from those lines
