LOL actually I was looking at my list of books I've read and realized that I don't read many romantic novels...I read them more when I was in my early teens 😆 Now I read more cultural fiction...I've read a couple of books from Chitra Divakumar Banerjee...her characters are usually Bengali (Shoutout to Mishti!! Hi-5). My favorite book is The Sister of My Heart.

I think I will start out with The Laws of Medicine...one of the reviews said that it give a realistic view of medicine so I think it would a good book to read before I start medical school.

@B......is that anything related to Dr. Mukherjee?.... I told about a book to Mishti... A burning...what is in NYT bestsellers list with a rave review....the writer is originally from Calcutta........

It's up to you what you like to start with......but this prof. is very good at simplifying the complicated scientific stuff...........
