I think study shows those 4 hours should be temporary not a lifelong thing, as the body still needs plenty of rest.

Slur and hallucination is an extreme level and the study encourages other researchers to dive into this part of the research.

I read tat healthy ppl need 8 hrs rest . In dis pandemic ppl with other health issues need 10 hrs rest when infection rate is high .

Your wisdom has changed my life! 🤣 That explains why I’ve been slurring/hallucinating whilst sporting a black eye from the eyebags that have taken over. You have inspired me to give sleep another chance since my mum just randomly woke up and told me off for being awake .... 15 minutes to 5am!
