I completely agree with Ashima, Jyoti and Wendy. Vikas, played the best family connection amongst all of them. He had a strategy in place and he worked accordingly.
For instance, his first objective was to speak with Shehnaaz and try to patch things that were haywire with Sidharth (though it had happened, but he wasn't aware due to not being able to see the episode). He knew & diagnosed that Sidharth's emotional stress shoots up when Shehnaaz was not with him & therefore, it was important to fix it for personal reasons as well as for the game because it was at crucial stage, they couldn't afford him being stressed out.
Secondly, after knowing that SidNaaz had patched up, his next objective was to start showing Asim's true colours to Shehnaaz (stating about his GF; & somewhere make Shehnaaz see him in lines of Paras issue). He knew how Shehnaaz's brain worked & this was also done for her own benefit (personal & for the game). He knew how much Shehnaaz didn't appreciate Paras having a GF outside & was yet allegedly involved with Mahira. Shehnaaz maybe a frank girl, but she still is a woman with strong principles & values; thereby, this expose helped in turning the wheels of her mind.
He had to make her understand that the other team was using her & it was high time she understands it & be with Sidharth.
Thirdly, when Vikas had arrived on Day1 , he very sharply and subtly in few words replied to Mahira & showed the kind of game she played (the promo had it & also episode). This was his way of giving her back for what was done to Shehnaaz.
Fourthly, he time & again played a brilliant way of tackling Himashi & Asim together by having conversations with them/also with Shehfali that showed the audience what was their personality, their equation & their reality. He kept his tone positive, yet highlighted his message very subtly. This actually was like a straight parallel drawn between all couples inside the house; & how SidNaaz stood out amongst them.
Fifthly, he being a creative knew saving Arti was building Sidharth as a brand/complete personna, someone who was fiercely loyal to his friends & will never shun them. Though, that had been established throughout the season, but when you are in critical stage of the game, that's like value addition done. Also, as mentioned by Ashima & Jyoti that Sidharth wouldn't have liked if Vishal had got saved. Furthermore, he made this wise decision keeping Shehnaaz in mind too, no matter what in order to toe the line with Sidharth, Arti would have supported them, to be in good books with Sidharth. Therefore, one player more on Sid's side.
Sixthly, Vikas actually played as the bridge between SidNaaz when they had a fight after the task. We were shown just a part of the conversation he had with Shehnaaz. I'm sure he must have discussed a lot of things and made sure both had clarity on how to go ahead. That was extremely important for both...
Vikas also brilliantly in weekend ka vaar made the accusation on Shehnaaz regarding Sid's game going off track when they are not in talking terms. This was a masterstroke by him & he had prepped up Shehnaaz how to answer it. It was quite visible in how Shehnaaz answered the accusation. In one question, he clarified lot of questions that were in the minds of some viewers regarding Shehnaaz's approach for Sidharth.
The question asked by Shehbaaz to Rashmi, also appeared to be strategised by him & obviously Sid & Sana might have also had a say in it. It helped them to establish & seal the fact of how Rashmi was a person not only in front of Salman Khan, but also the audience.
Vikas had his agenda clear when he came to play for Sidharth. He knew his 5W's (when, what...) well and worked accordingly. He played with his words, his razor sharp focus, intelligence, understanding of human behaviours, reflexes & emotions.
I'm sure while discussing the game strategy with Sidharth, he must have provided all inputs concerning every member wrt him as well as Shehnaaz.
