Khushi returns to RM with Arnav's cousin(or someone Arnav know). Arnav thinks she got married because she changed her surname and she also have miscarriage. Arnav taunts her saying she is cheating on her husband with his cousin. Later he throws her ring out of the car. Payal tells him that the guy he thought she was married to was like her brother and he realize it was his baby that Khushi lost.

Khushi is missing. Payal is in Lucknow and refuses to come back until Khushi is back. Arnav finds Khushi with Lavanya. She doesn't remember anything and also have a leg injury. Mami gets emotional seeing it. Payal and Akash meet Arnav at the airport. Anjali gives her doctor number to Arnav and also warns him not to hurt Khushi.

I remember reading it a few years ago but couldn't recall its name. As far as I remember, Khushi was working as a chef in that hotel.
