If you have something soft like a pillow or the stress ball... take it throw it at the wall as many times as you wish to... later place it on it's original place...

I do this with my pillow whenever I get angry/ feel like screaming...😆

If I throw something which breaks my mother will break my bones😆 just kidding... she is pretty cool... at most she will get angry!
