That's better as not much damage is done............we're expecting a storm and big hail here today.........thought we already are in enough hell now........but the hail was missing ...for a couple of days....guess...that's also getting filled today.....

I've been getting them for over a year now. And they last for 3-4 days! The heart rate shots up to a 110/min and I feel that irritating pounding feeling. Living in a city with blaring noises doesn't help either
