The governor wants to hold exams of final year students by July end whereas the CM doesn't wish to! One day they announce that the exams are cancelled and the next day they announce that the exams are going to be held🤓

They aren't stable😆

In my opinion the exams should be held. They ofcourse are going to reduce the portion and time. My brothers friend is a very bright student but didn't appear for the mid-term as he was down with dengue. If the exams occur he is sure that he will clear his all subjects but if they don't he will get a YD(year down) tag The tag for sure is going to affect his future jobs!
