My first thought was it reminds me of Khan's house in Dear Zindagi and then I read the caption that it has been designed by the same person who did the sets for the film.

I watched this film just last week, hadn't seen it before. After a longgg time I saw an SRK film and he was good. He needs to pick such mature roles. He is past the whole romance phase. He should've done more roles like Chak De and Dear Zindagi.
