It is because we are used to overacting .. for me Shaz and Zara put the right amount of expressions in their scenes. Shaz comes from the western school of acting.. he doesn't just depend of his expressions..he uses his eyes, body language, voice modulation.. I think none would've played this complicated character better than him.

Zara has that beautifull voice which can convey her feelings better than words. She had acalm personality in that drama, which gives the impression that she underperforms..but in reality she is a good actress.. Her pairing with Shaz was unconventional. Looks wise she is desi and he is western. She is a bit taller than he.😃 She has black eyes and he has those dreamy green eyes. But opposite attracts..and I enjoyed their pairing.❤️

Zara and Shaz have the right amount of scenes, I didn't feel they should have more, because all their scenes were meaningfull, and not repeated😃.. this is better than having them on screen saying the same stuff. 😵 I liked it how they started off as enemies, then learned how to deal with eachother..although their personalities are the opposite .🤓 When he started falling for her he was hesitated from confessing..that was so cute.😳 and finally when he confessed she couldn't trust him. I loved his transformation from the western arrogant guy to the loving and caring, desi culture appreciating guy. There were many amazing dialogues in this drama which explains the beauty of this show for me. ❤️

Yeah they have many scenes but i was talking about romantic scenes. I want to see more romantic scenes. Yeah their journey from enemies to fake husband wife to real husband wife was nice. It was a simple but nice story.

Oh . I forgot about romance.😆 For me every scene they shared was romantic. Their fights, phone calls, discussions, arguments, her taking care of him , their eyelocks.. Yes..we didn't get a love confession from her which is very disappointing..😒 but she said it by her gestures, and eyes. At least we had that beautifull last scene when he told her that he wants to take her as a real wife, but he knows that she won't accept him unless his daadi accepts their marriage.. their mutual understanding in that scene wormed my heart.❤️

I hope you enjoyed it too.😊 there are many other less famous dramas which I watched and made me hooked to the pairings in them. I still watch few scenes from them whenever I feel the need for romance.😆 Nowadays there are only few which keep my heart beating.❤️

There are 2 Lamhay. I loved Hum tv's one more, because I loved the pairing of Zara Noor and Shaz Khan . Yes. I remember watching the humtv one here and there. Zara Noor looks different now from there but I think her look was changed for that show. And lol. My taste ranges. There are some shows where I watched for pairings and romance such as Qurban which turned tragic later 😕, and even Thora Sa Haq I have seen only for Ayeza and Imran. As for stories I don’t mind watching typical if excecuted well or else it’s boring. I think the perfect combination is good romance , good pairing and a strong story.

I see.🤓 maybe this is why he gets many negative comments on yt !😆 I have no problem with his accent coz I am not an expert in Urdu. I love it when he speaks American English though .😳

I felt the opposite. 😳 but maybe I was imaging things because I fell for him.😆 Jokes a part , he did some emotional scenes perfectly in Lamhay, like when Zara left, he lost control in front of his grandmom twice. It is that his character here was of an arrogant guy, who doesn't show much feelings. That's why he ended up being less emotional.😃
