I got to youtube and pause at the scenes and take a screenshot of the screen. I can only do this on my laptop though...not on my phone. I don't remember how to take screenshot from PC. But if you have MAC, do Command+Shift+4 and you can select the area on your screen to screenshot and this way you don't have to crop later.
