It's a good thing that for new joinees who were supposed to join during the lockdown phase those companies(the established ones) are going all out to assure them that they will be given new joining dates once lockdown gets lifted.

I believe start ups are cancelling the joining as with this lockdown they have suffered the most..the established companies are giving new joining dates.

Bade bade established companies hi suffer kar rahe hai... Then start-ups to some are thinking to take a break and then again start after the lock down is done.... The situation is getting worse yaar....

Yes things are getting worse hope everything gets fine soon...established companies suffer kar rahe hai to start ups ka to bohot bura haal hai I read somewhere that start ups are laying off employees and cancelling joining of new employees established companies are doing pay cuts but are still comfortable with giving new joining dates to new joinees because they have a brand image to keep.

I'm fed up of this lockdown honestly.

True.... I go through this on daily basis.... I am an HR.... And it's true that pays are getting cut and also laying off is also. Done..

This lock down is making the worst situation and it will take so. Much time for everyone to bounce back....
